In this workshop we will learn how to improve a toddler’s walking ability and balance, get to know games and activities that challenge their motor skills and perception of space, where they train their problem solving skills, use their body and have fun with movement, we’ll also play games that require fine motor skills, attention and concentration, and learn how to set boundaries and develop social skills through play.

The First Step Method takes a holistic approach, recognizing the vital connection between a baby’s motor, sensory, and cognitive development. It equips parents worldwide with the tools to support their baby in building strong foundations of movement, confidence, and self-awareness, foundations that will support them throughout their lives.

My name is Ayala Zaidenberg, I am an Infant Development Instructor and a mother of two wonderful children. I always enjoyed the presence of children and babies, but it only became my profession after the birth of my second child. During the first year of his life, I was living in a foreign country far from my support circles. It was truly a difficult time for me. The First Step method gave me the tools I needed to manage the situation and helped me grow more confident in my skills as a mother. As a result, I decided to make a career change. Today, my goal is to support parents in overcoming the challenges that come with having a new baby at home and I hope to help them rejoice in the great pleasures that this period brings

The workshop is held in English and consists of 5 sessions, once a week.
